What is the response time of a ticket sent to the support?

We try to respond to all tickets as soon as possible.

Many tickets are processed after a few minutes, some (depending on the time of the request or emergency) are processed within a few hours.

Unlike some other sites, we see support as something extremely important and that is why we respond to ALL requests sent to us.
